4. How We Work With Partner Law Firms and Servicers
ClaimForge is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. If you choose to proceed with legal representation, you will sign an engagement agreement directly with a partner law firm. When you are represented, we may act at the direction of that law firm to help organize documents and facilitate secure transfers.
For certain court-approved settlements, ClaimForge or our affiliate Claim Servicing Group LLC ("CSG") may prepare and submit claims to the administrator after you sign a separate services agreement. Claims administrators and arbitration providers may require specific data to verify eligibility and process claims.
5. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA for California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Right to Delete personal information we collected about you, subject to legal exceptions.

If we process your data on behalf of a partner law firm or settlement administrator, we may direct you to submit your request to that entity so it can be handled under the correct legal relationship.
