When you are represented, we may act at the direction of that law firm to help organize documents and facilitate secure transfers.

For certain court-approved settlements, ClaimForge or our affiliate Claim Servicing Group LLC ("CSG") may prepare and submit claims to the administrator after you sign a separate services agreement. Claims administrators and arbitration providers may require specific data to verify eligibility and process claims.

5. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA for California Residents
